(TSX: APLI; OTCPink: APLIF) (the “Company” or “Appili”), a biopharmaceutical company focused on drug development for infectious diseases and medical countermeasures, is pleased to announce receipt of the final order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) for the plan of arrangement (the “Arrangement”) pursuant to which Aditxt, Inc. (“NASDAQ:ADTX”) (“Aditxt”), through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Adivir, Inc., will acquire all of the issued and outstanding Class A common shares of the Company (the “Transaction”).
